As a group practice, we treat adults age 18 and over. Our practitioners and staff provide a welcoming and safe environment for all of our patients. Our goal is to create a space where our patients feel comfortable and can engage in a therapeutic and confidential relationship with their practitioner. We believe the best approach is a collaborative one in which the patient and provider set mutually agreed upon goals, and work as a team to achieve those goals. Each of our providers has extensive knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and other psychological disorders.

Due to the overwhelming preference of our current patients, we have been providing Telehealth care, utilizing a HIPAA compliant platform and all electronic prescriptions. If you would like to be seen in person, please call the office to make arrangements.

Services: Psychiatric Evaluation and Pyschopharmacology / Medication Management for Adults 18 & over

Conditions: Depression, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar I and II, PTSD, and Mood Disorders.

Have a telehealth appointment? Follow these steps:

1. If using a mobile device, download the MYIO Mobile App from the Apple Appstore HERE or Google Play HERE. For a desktop computer, the recommended browser to use for the telehealth is Google Chrome. If you do not have Chrome installed, you can use this link to download it: www.google.com/chrome/ Other browsers that are compatible are Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. 
2. About 5 minutes before your appointment time, please open Google Chrome to login to the MYIO Patient Portal using this link https://www.valant.io/Portal/nsnpa, or login via the MYIO Mobile App. 
3. Once you login click "Check-In" next to your appointment - that will notify your provider that you're ready to begin the visit.
4. Once the provider is ready, she will invite you in and a Join Now button will then appear on the screen - click on Join Now once it appears to begin the visit. Make sure to click 'allow' on any pop-ups that request the use of your microphone and camera. 

If there are connectivity issues or you’re unable to login at your appointment time, please anticipate a phone call from your provider.
